No. Free, Starter, Studio, and Agency include unlimited organization team members within fair-use boundaries. Plans scale through event capacity, storage, and business features instead of billable seats.
Client portal collaborators are separate from your organization team. They can access only the event information and requests intentionally published to their portal.
The organization owner controls checkout, subscription changes, cancellation, and billing recovery. Team members do not receive billing authority automatically.
Linkvoy supports practical CSV imports for contacts and guest lists. Full automated migrations from another planning platform are not part of self-serve v1; organizations with larger migration needs can discuss Enterprise support.
Each workspace can explicitly start one 30-day Studio trial. When it ends without a subscription, the workspace returns to Free access limits and must upgrade before creating paid-scope work.
No. Linkvoy records proposals, contracts, invoices, retainers, and external payment evidence, but v1 does not process planner-to-client payments.
